Concentrating on mobilizing support and gifts for people in specially difficult situation on the purpose that everyone has a happy Tet holiday.
To support the month of action “The festival for the Dioxin victim and the poor” held by Viet Nam central Red Cross and Thanh Hoa provincial association, since 5th May 2006 the differently ranking associations throughout the district have started mobilizing people’s support and approaching people in difficult situation in the region to give them help, pay a compliment to them and offer presents on the occasion of Dinh Hoi new year holiday.
Those associations throughout the district have organized many movements to give over 3000 presents to the poor people, the policy- families and the war victims, which is worth 394 millions VND.
Many enterprises have directly supported and offered presents to people who are in need. One typical example is Hoa Mai Ltd, Co, who has given 20 presents worth 4.000.000 VND, to subsidize the Victim Pham Van Qui (the disabled) from Hoang Son commune every 100.000 VND per month for 2 years with 2,4 millions VND in total.
Attendance at the activities of paying a compliment and giving presents to people who need includes the district’s committee leaders, people’s council, Hoang Hoa province people’s committee.
Mr Nguyen Dinh Hieu - the member of the provincial party committee, the district party committee secretary, had gone to Hoang Luu commune to give people here presents and visited the revolutionary veterans.
Mr Le Viet Tich - Deputy secretary, the district’s people’s council chairman, had visited and given presents to the agent orange victims, the poor in Hoang Trinh commune, Hoang Son.
Mr le Van Hien - The people’s committee chairman had attended to give present in Hoang Dat commune and visited to wish the revolutionary veterans a happy new year.
Mr Pham Ba Oai had visited directly and gave to the policy’s people in Hoang Dong commune.
The attendance includes Mr Le Sy Tang - Hoa Mai Ltd, Co director who represents for the enterprises together with ladies and gentlment who represent for the association fatherland front.
3rd April ,2007, Red Cross in Hoang son commune, Hoang Hoa district cooperates with organizations and trade unions in the commune to hand over the cook house project to disabled people and people in specially difficult situations in the commune (Pham Van Qui) , which is worth 4.800.000 VND in total. This is done regularly by the commune with the aim to support those people to have chance to join the community.
